Source code of scMODAL package is available at https://github.com/gefeiwang/scMODAL.

scMODAL can be installed from from GitHub:

   git clone https://github.com/gefeiwang/scMODAL.git
   cd scMODAL
   conda env update --f environment.yml
   conda activate scmodal
